The Pintester is a complete test environment which has been specially developed for use in the semiconductor industry. The main task of the system is the efficient execution of test sequences for design verification, failure analysis and functional testing as well as reliability investigations. Due to its modular design, the PinTester can be flexibly adapted and extended to the measurement task.

Innovative software
The PinTester is operated using an innovative software developed in-house. This software consists of several system modules that communicate with each other and thus enable the configuration, operation and control of the various hardware components.
