Alle SMUs aus der Serie 2600B sind mit der TSP-Scripting- und TSP-Link-Erweiterungstechnologie von Keithley ausgestattet. 2611B ist ein Einkanalmodell, 2612B und 2614B sind Zweikanalmodelle.
