With the high-performance probe cards of the manufacturer Celadon Systems we can serve highest requirements in the tester area. Very high temperature stability combined with very low noise characterize the technology. In cooperation with the manufacturer we also develop and produce probe cards for special applications with active components directly on the printed circuit board. The so-called Celadon TOC (tile on card) adaptations allow the conversion of existing epoxy probe cards to the more robust Celadon design. We have found a way to combine the flexibility of custom designs with Celadon's robust and durable ceramic probe inserts.
